Why work with a buyers agent?

As your buyers agent, I am here to guide you through every step of the home-buying journey so that you are filled with confidence as you purchase your next (or first!) home..

Finding the perfect home is about more than just buying a house – it's about discovering a place where memories are made, dreams are nurtured, and your unique story unfolds. I am committed to not just helping you find a house, but a home that you can grow in to for years to come.

I’m also here to help take the stress out of the home buying process and to educate and empower you to make the right decision for you and your family.

The Home Buying Process

1. The first step to us working together is for you to fill out my Home Buyer Questionnaire. Once I receive your responses, we will schedule a quick call to discuss getting started with your home search. If you already have a lender that’s great. If not I’ll help connect you with a local lender who can go over the financial aspects of your home search.

2. Once you receive your pre-approval, we will schedule your Home Buyer Consultation where we’ll go over the buying process, narrow down your wants and needs and make a game plan to find you the perfect home.

3. After the consultation, I will set up your personalized property search and you’ll begin receiving listings that match your criteria as they hit the market right in your inbox.

4. Next comes the really exciting part—setting up showings and viewing properties either in person or if you aren’t local, virtually either via Facetime or Zoom.

5. Once you find “the one”, we’ll work together to write an offer that will stand out to the seller, even if you’re in a multiple offer situation.

6. I will work hard to get your offer and terms accepted. Once you’re under contract I’ll continue working behind the scenes as we navigate collecting the earnest deposit, inspection, appraisal, title work and more through final loan approval and closing day! I have a transaction coordinator that will help oversee all paperwork aspects from the time you go under contract until closing in order to ensure all timelines and closing requirements are adhered to.

7. If you have a home to sell, we will be discussing all aspects of getting your home ready for the market as we walk through the above steps including how to prepare your home to list, scheduling photos and video and discussing the ideal timing for your home to hit the market.

8. The best part of all is when I finally get to hand you your keys and watch your turn your house into you home.
